Beauregard-Barnard letters, 1840-1841.

This collection consists of two original hand-penned letters written by G. T. Beauregard, and seven by T. G. Barnard, to Colin J. McRae in Mississippi City, Miss. They were written from New Orleans, Mobile, or Mississippi City. These letters concern the delivery of bricks to the Army Corps of Engineers, in the building of Fort Livingston.

P.G.T. Beauregard was a Confederate States Army general from New Orleans, Louisiana.
